An agreement between the Norwegian Embassy and Intergovernmental Authority for Development (IGAD) was signed this week, for support to the Transitional Support Unit (TSU). The TSU has been established under the IGAD auspices, and will provide logistical and financial support to the AUHIP led post-referendum negotiations between Sudan and South Sudan.
