What is ISFiT? The International Student Festival in Trondheim is the largest international student festival in the world. ISFiT is a biennial festival and is arranged in the city of Trondheim, Norway. During the festival, 450 students from all over the world gather in Trondheim together with more than 400 student volunteers. ISFiT is a non-profit festival.

Sudan is a natural place for developing solar power. In a small solar plant assembly in Soba outside Khartoum around 2 MW solar panels are produced annually. The Minister of Science and Technology Eissa Bushra Mohamed says the potential is many fold in Sudan.

Dana Haj Hamad is a psychologist working at Afhad University for Women in Omdurman; Physiotherapy department. From November 2009 until September 2010 she was part of an FK-Exchange programme at Bergen University College. She says she was exposed to new ideas which could benefit her work in Sudan.
